Marie-Hélène Genest is a researcher at the LPSC Grenoble since 2011, with a particular interest in physics beyond the Standard Model which could explain Dark Matter. After a PhD (U. Montréal, 2007) searching for dark matter candidates with a direct detection experiment (PICASSO) and studying the potential of the ATLAS detector at the LHC, she joined the LMU (Munich) where she took part in searches for supersymmetry with the first ATLAS data. She now specializes in the search for exotic particles, having been co-convener of the ATLAS Collaboration Exotics group (2017-2019).
