INTERACTIONS RAYONNEMENTS IONISANTS ET BIOLOGIE
Sebastien Incerti is a research director for the National institute of nuclear and particle physics (IN2P3) of the National centre for scientific research (CNRS). His activities focus on the physics - medicine - biology frontier, spanning from particle beam ray tracing, micro/nano dosimetry and track structures to radiolysis and biological damage simulation under ionizing radiation. He also contributes to exobiology applications in the context of space missions and archaeometry. He is involved in the development of the Geant4 general purpose and open-source particle-matter simulation toolkit. This includes the coordination of the Geant4-DNA collaboration. Since 2019, he is in charge of the scientific management of interdisciplinary activities at IN2P3.
